Vitroniq exists because digital health has plenty of technology and not nearly enough judgement. It was founded by Dale Richardson – a pharmacist proprietor and business leader who has worked across consultancy, hospital, retail and digital health – to bring both to the same table.
The perspective
Experience that translates
Working inside one of Australia’s largest pharmacy businesses provides a front-row view of where digital systems create genuine clinical and operational value, and where they fail. Technology implementations succeed or fail on governance, workforce readiness and the quality of strategic leadership, almost never on the technology itself. That operational insight, combined with formal academic training in digital health, is the foundation of Vitroniq’s consulting practice: practitioner credibility plus academic rigour.
