Change of mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind once a digital product has been downloaded. Please review the product description — and the free resources available on this site — before you buy.
Faulty or not as described
Under the Australian Consumer Law, our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. If a product you purchase is faulty (for example, a corrupted or incomplete file), is materially not as described, or you were unable to access your download, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and we will replace the file or refund you in full — whichever you prefer.
Duplicate or accidental purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, contact us and we will refund the duplicate order.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
